Our parish goal is to provide good Campus Ministry in a vibrant
parish setting. When asked what young adults are looking for in a
church today, their first responses were: a sense of belonging and
community, and dynamic upbeat liturgies. At St. Tom's we welcome
all, and invite students’ participation in all levels of parish
life. Our weekend liturgies are planned with students in mind, to
provide good preaching and good music, the top two reasons named by
young adults for coming to Church.
As Music Ministers, we strive to share our musical gifts and talents
to praise God in song, to support and inspire the prayer of all who
attend the liturgies at St. Tom's, to grow in our faith and our
experience of God's presence among us. Whether you read music or
not, if you sing well and/or you play an instrument, we invite you
to consider joining this vibrant ministry.
